Pours a clear sparkling dark yellow with a whole lots of foamy white head and some visible carbonation. Smell is definite hops, lots of citrus, and a bit of a fruitier variety mixed with a bit of sweet toffee maltiness. Palate is medium bodied with a bit under average carbonation. Taste is slightly sweet at first then really quite bitter, and it stays bitter for quite a while. A competent APA.

Poured from the tap. Clear pale yellow with white head. Hoppy aroma, light caramel malt and citrus on the taste. Body is a little bit light.

Thick and dense yellow colour. A delight to look at actually but a very strong aftertaste that is metallic and abrasive. -- rated via 'Find A Beer' for Blackberry 10

Bottled sample. Gold in colour, with slight haze and medium carbonation. Aromas are of white grapefruit, pale malt, white pepper, and kitchen herbs. Juicy pink grapefruit and cut grass dominate the palate, backed by some light pale malt. Solid bitterness. Fresh and refreshing. Surprisingly good.

Very nice beer. I haven’t figured out all the tastes but the bitterness came out well.

Lemon coloured body. Pine hop aroma. Taste is not crazy bitter but okay. Nice apa.

Rating #888 - January 6, 2014 - #mondaynightbeers @RevolutionYeg, 8 oz on draught, 5%, Dark amber pour with a bubbly, lasting white foam. Aroma is sweet piney, lemony, mild grassiness. Taste is a blast of citrusy sweetness, tempered by a decent punch of hoppy bitterness. Not unbelievably memorable, but a decent APA. Nice.

Pint on tap at Beer Revolution in Edmonton pours a pale golden color with a small white head that leaves some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild citrus and pine with some cereal grains. Taste is a malty and fruity sweetness with a light citrus and pine hop bitterness. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. A nicely done pale ale that I was genuinely surprised about when tasting.
