Draught at Bar Hop Customer Appreciation Night, Jan. 31. Also called "Say Goodnite" on the menu. Pours a hazy copper-orange with an average size lasting white head. Aroma of herbs, yeast, chamomile, fruit and some light sugary sweetness. Slightly sweet flavour is herbal and yeasty along with a good amount of chamomile, some fruit and light spices. Average bodied. Pretty good, an interesting beer.

[5081-20130131] Tap. Fruity wheat yeast dough aroma. Hazy, light orange body with a quick bubbly white head. Lots of yeast in the flavour has lots of fruity orange bitterness. Medium body is fairly bitter. Tasty, nice orange bitterness. (7/3/7/3/14) 3.4

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
2013-01-31 - on draught at Bar Hop. 8.3%?!!!! Murky orange-yellow - probably a lot of bubbling going on in that goblet, but so murky it’s hard to tell - minimal drool of off-white head. Another beer reminding me of a golden weizen - tons of yeast and banana/fruit, quite biscuity too - hardly any of that 8.3% shows up on the nose; not very bitter. The taste is quite odd; starts fruity and sweet and yeasty, then it morphs ... I realized it must have been the chamomile insisting on bitterness, in its own herbal/floral way, and the alcohol finally started to assert itself as it warmed up - started out jangly and weird, by the end of the goblet I could see the story it was writing on my palate. Thick, astringent, mildly carbonated, some apple emerged in the aftertaste, as well as alcohol drying and chamomile; a little thick for a saison, but a nice drink, and the spiciness was definitely there - a little strong too.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Bar Hop First Year Anniversary party. A decent saison yeast aroma. OK drinkability. Nothing special, though not a bad way to consume chamomile rather than a straight herbal tea.
