Cinnamon like oddly. Medium bitter and a spicy, even hot base. Strange beer. Looks good and shiny, just a bit too clear. More fun to try than expected. But bit my kind off brew. (33cl bottle at The Capital)

Bottle shared. Hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma of big herbs, malt, caramel and overripe dare fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

seynie (342) - Tienen, BELGIUM - MAY 31, 2016
Hazy gold with a soapy head. Decent body with good carbonation. Lots of Malta, sugar, vanilla, banana. Creamy. Good finish. In between the typical Belgian dark blonde and the fuller karmeliet style beers. Pleasant beer which drinks easily so watch out for the high abv

paulvanpelt (515) - Reusel, NETHERLANDS - MAR 19, 2016
UPDATED: APR 5, 2016 Nevelig en bleekgeel bier met witte schuimkraag. Gist duidelijk aanwezig in de neus. Verder aroma van citrushop, mout, suiker en iets van witlof of zo? Smaak is bitter en licht zoet. Levendig co2, goede film, volle body.

Bottle 33cl. Poured into a teku glass. Hazy deep golden, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing, heavy lacing; aroma pale malts, exotic fruits, light vanilla, yeasty, herbal notes; taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, soft fruits, yeasty and alcohol notes, with average to long duration, sweetbitter finish, light herbal hints, a floral touch and some alcohol warmth; medium body, creamy texture, smooth mouthfeel, average carbonation; quite satisfying velvetty strong ale.

Bottle. Golden color, hazy. Soft herbal yeasty notes and orange in the aroma and flavor. Slightly alcoholic, in spite of the low ABV. Wheat. Somewhat disappointing.

kraddel (5962) - some beerplace, BELGIUM - OCT 18, 2015
Bottle. Pours unclear blonde, good white, stable head. Smell is bit yeasty. Taste is bit bitter, very grainy, clear yeasty notes. Rather high cabro, sharp, dry finish. Ok beer. Not really intense, or different. Has something off in the bitterness, but perhaps its just some kind of yeast I am not a fan of.

330 ml, bottle. Appearance: Hazy golden , with big white head, a bit thin but with good retention. Leaving medium lacing. Aroma: Malts, yeast light fruity notes emerging from the back and some alcohol as it warms up. Taste: Moderate sweet and bitter,, Quite Fruity,( peaches, apricots) some l floral notes and some yeast and alvcohol in the finish. Bitterness at the start and aftertaste. Medium t body, Above average carbonation, but still ok for the body. Decent but the Alpaide (dark ) is much better. This just a standard Belgian Strong Ale.
