2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle: Aroma is sweet and grassy. Pours a transparent gold with a white head with good retention. Weak sweet initial taste with a really bitter finish for a pilsner. Very dry. Your basic pilsner with a little more bitterness.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
(Bottled, BBE 04/2005) Pale golden color with small head. Grassy-hoppy, sweetish and herbal aroma. Somewhat malty, grassy and quite nicely hopped flavor with a bitter, stingy finish. Light-bodied, but not watery, quite carbonated, yet smooth palate. A very decent, light and herbal pils.

2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Light golden color with a taller off white head. Light sweet malt, paste, old grass, and mild plastic aromas. Chalky malt flavor start. Light alcohol and malt middle. Light pale malt finish. Quite rough, but not a bad tasting lager.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottled, sampled in Kotor/Montenegro (BB 03/2005)
Golden lager color. Mostly vanishing white head. Light herbal aroma. Medium-bodied, well-balanced hoppied mouthfeel. Maybe not the greatest pils in the world but pleasant.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Dark gold color with a thin white head that ran with its tail between its legs. Very little lacing. Aroma of raw vegetables, hay and hops. Thin-bodied and bubbly with light bitter hops flavor. The finish is dry and vaguely hoppy. Not so good.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
No head, nice golden colour. Beer was almost completely flat. Yeasty cookie aroma and a herbaceous-white grape smell was also obvious. Light Saaz flavour and decent maltiness. Fairly different but not bad.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
Vegetable aroma. Kind of smells like V8. Pours light piss yellow, thin white head. Unsatisfying delivery and finish. Unpleasant corn aftertaste. Void of any real flavour or character.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Gold! Nik isn't bad, just a bit overly bubbly, sweet with peppery undertones, full of solvent when warmed. For best results, keep Nik cool.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Bright gold, with a good white head. Has a crisp hops smell, mostly dry. Medium-light bodied, good crisp flavor and finish, not complex, but good quality, no skunkiness, staleness, or anything bad. Has a sharp/bitter hops flavor, very dry body and not much else.
