COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Das “Michala” ist ein dunkles, vollmundiges Kellerbier. Es ist naturbelassen und unfiltriert. Im Gegensatz zu vielen seiner “Artgenossen” ist es nicht nicht so malzig und damit nicht so süß.

Mild malziger, trocken herber Antrunk. Im Mittelteil milder, fast langweilig. Bitterer, kaum noch malziger Nachgeschmack. 9/8/7/7/9/7

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! Crown-top bottle with 5.1%! The beer is smooth and mild. Hints of yeast, nice and smooth malty, Fresh, hints of grain, easy to drink with mild hints of malt. Not too deep but thirst-quenching without being watery at all. The aftertaste is mild, smooth and fresh with hints of smooth yeast and malt. Solid without being too sweet.

(Bue sur place): Pain de seigle grillé, mélasse, noisettes et une touche d’aluminium un peu gênante à l’appréciation. Pas si mal.

Catsup and armpit sweat and chemicals and dirty hot dog boil water. Possibly one of the worst smells ever, very vomit-like and fatty with notes of low grade meat. Armpit / Limburger / soiled clothing smell. Ones are not a stretch here. I’m unfamiliar with this kind of infection. Day old ketchup and french fry plate and garbage bin full of food stuff. Literally gagged while smelling it. Sweet and acidic. The very definition of foul beer. No doubt it’s not intended to be like this and might even been nice but I rate em as I see em and this bottle is 0.5 level

downender (6718) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 18, 2012
On tap at the brewery Gasthof, 20 July 2012. Brilliant, hazy orange (reminded me of Thatcher’s Cheddar Valley) with a bog, off-white head. Some fruity sweetness, grainy malts, caramel and a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Bottle, bought @ the brewery. Amber color. Toffee and a hint of licorice in the aroma. Werthers Original. Malty sweet flavor with licorice, toffee and Werthers Original. Long licorice finish. Just a bit thin, but a tasty beer.
