Piwo rubinowe. Piana niska redukuje się do koronki. W aromacie pieczywo, karmel, trochę paloności. W smaku słodowo, więcej paloności. Wysycenie niskie. Srednia do niskiej pełnia. Generalnie całkiem nieźle.

I believe this Dark beer is truly about ballance-full taste, rich & creamy foam, mmmm, the caramel scent & just about right sweetness. It’s high in alc vol, which brings it somewhat close to wine? Wouldn’t change it for any other local brand...

UPDATED: AUG 18, 2016 1 liter bottle. Very dark ruby, almost black body with medium sized, short lasting beige head. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Flavour of roasted malt, some liquorice. Very drinkable, one of the best "drinking" beer.

UPDATED: OCT 3, 2016 Pours very dark ruby, almost black body with medium sized, short lasting beige head. On the nose mostly malts, caramel and roasted, a touch of smoke. Medium body, regular carbonation. Watery texture. Mildly bitter taste. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel, yeast, corn, licorice. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Unfortunately, metallic mouthfeel dominates the finish, adding to the bitterness and making it kinda unpleasant. Ehh. Overall, messy brew. Starts ok, but longer you drink it, worse it gets. Eventually finishing a bottle becomes a chore. If you’re going to drink this one - do it fast.

The beer looks amazing. The color of the brew is a dark ruby red, almost brown. The beer seems quite cloudy. On top, there is a nice layer of soft white foam. The bulk of the foam collapses quickly, to leave a nice silky drape. The smell of the beer is delicious. It has a nice mild bitter roast aroma and a nice licorice touch in the distance. There is a strong sweet aroma of malts and some fruits. There is a touch of apple, giving the beer a nice sweet touch. The balance is lovely. The taste is lovely to. There is a bit more bitterness in the taste. There is a roasty bitterness and a hoppy bitterness, going together perfectly. There is again that malty and somehow apple sweetness. The balance is lovely. The palate is nice but simple. It gives a watery sensation with mild gas. It could have had a bit more kick though.

DWF; Bottle 0,33 L, received as a gift. Thank you! Pours small, dark brown, with a fast fading, light tan head. Nose is shy to moderate, toasted malt, grain, hay, light caramel, cardboard and spice. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a moderate lasting, cardboard, light chocolate finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Nice, sweet taste that has caramelly malts although there is a slightly boozy finish. Surprisingly good still.
