COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nils Oscar Bordsöl finns redan ute i dagligvaruhandeln samt hos våra grossister och på restauranger. Det är resultatet av ett samarbete mellan vår alldeles egna bryggmästare Patrick Holmqvist och chefssommelier på Grupp F12, Sören Polonius. Detta bordsöl har en stor smak, trots den relativt måttliga alkoholhalten. Det är bryggt på pilsnermalt och karamellmalt, samt de aromatiska humlesorterna Cascade, Amarillo, Pacific, Gem och Tettnang. Nils Oscar Bordsöl passar bra till all sorts mat, men kanske framför allt till kryddstark mat, eller som vi nämnde tidigare, i skuggan av ett stort träd.

Bottle sampled at Amager Bryghus, thanks to Papsø. Pale copper with a small white head. Nose has grain and dry flowers. Close to zero flavour, some grain, wort, honey and a metallic thing. Light body, watery texture, light sweet and bitter. Short grainy finish. Nah.

27-MAR-2014, bottle @Papsø clear all tasting, @Amager Bryghus with Ulkløbben. Clear golden with low White head. Aroma is sweet straw. Taste is sweet with straw, metal, and something skunky. Watery, medium carbonation. Not nice.

0.33 l bottle from ICA in Södermalm, Stockholm. Orange colour, some head and lots of bubbles. Some malts and hops. Not of much aftertaste. For such a light beer it is not just plain water.

330 ml bottle. Clear amber with white head. Smell is citrus hops, pine and flowers. Taste is sweet caramel with hoppy finish. Really nice for a low alcohol beer. Low bitterness and medium carbonation.
