2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Clear copper / light amber color with a minimal head. Aroma of caramel and pilsner style hops. Slightly salty taste of malt. Some oiliness. It’s a well made Altbier.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at home in London. Pours clear, rich gold, effervescent, with a moderate, creamy white head. Lightly toasted, bready malt nose, some berries, suggestions of tangy fruit. Light to medium sweet flavor with lightly dried bread, light woody bitterness, light leaves, some berries, background dirty grass. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly sweet to finish, toasty grass, light toast, light fruit. Very pleasant stuff.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
330ml bottle, Tomlinsons Inverness. Malty aroma, slightly peaty. Dark golden in colour - a bit like the colour of your urine after a heavy one the night before. Lovely elastic palate, expands around the mouth. Not too bitter, nice and gentle. Something of a bran flake about it. I really enjoyed this. Looking forward to catching up with the rest of the Nils Oscar style roster.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Another style down. Not many to go now - can’t wait for the malt liquor. That’s gonna be horrible, right? This is ok, malty, quite thick, but a bit sticky, like glue, something artificial. Apparently lots of things ’should be fun’, seems like a fair assessment to me.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hoppy floral aroma, sweet malty taste, toffee, caramel and bread. Fruity taste as well but the bitterness in the aftertaste is very short. Easy to drink, refreshing.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
33cl bottle. Pours a honey colour with a nice fluffy head. The nose has some IPA attributes - pine and flowers, with just a slight hint of malt. The taste has an upfront floral or grapefruit note, followed by some malt sweetness, then finishing in more floral/herb notes, possibly fennel. The palate is medium bodied with a substantial malty middle texture and a nice clean finish. Overall, a good beer though not sure it is recognisable as an altbier, rather an IPA.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Fijn zoet aroma van appels en zoetwaren. Smaak gaat ermee door, beetje vluchtig en minder stevig als aroma. Mooie amber kleur. Verassing van 4.5%.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bursztynowy kolor i bardzo mała piana. W smaku nuty karmelowe przebijają się na czoło, umiarkowanie goryczkowe. Ogólnie smaczne i przyjemne w piciu
