Botella. Unclear amber colour. Beige nice medium head. Sweet well malted caramel dark fruity aroma with some smoke to it. Good mouthfeel. Sweet dark malty and dark fruity caramel smoky spiced pleasant flavour.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light beige head. ARoma: Sweetmess. yeast, grass, spice. Flavour: Caramel, spice, yeast, herbs, vague smoky things happening. Medium bodied. Ends vaguely smoke and grassy bitter.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and yeast, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, 75 cl. Clear orange amber with a small creamy white head. Fruity yeast notes, toffee and light caramel in the nose. Creamy texture. Taste is roasted, light sweet malty with hints of licorice and some interesting herbal notes. Quite bitter, peppery finish. Interesting take on the saison-style.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Very burned caramel aroma. Medium body, a slightly tart fruitiness, burned caramel and a subtle whiff of yeast. Some late bitterness. Hasn’t got an awful lot to do with a Saison me thinks. 031212

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is light fruity, toasted malty and caramelish. Caramelish, toffee and liqourice. Toasted to light burned malt. Bitter, caramelish, toffee and malty lingering finish. Smooth and light bitter.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, at Pikkulintu, 20121125) The beer poured dark brown and hazy. Its head was quite large, almost white and long lasting. Aroma had spices, malts and Belgian style yeast. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were molasses, roasted malts, chocolate, sweetness, spices, hops, caramell, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, spicy, malty and bitter. The aroma and the taste of this beer were disagreeing in my opinion. The colour predicted the taste. I am a bit disappointed.
