Pours hazy amber with a minimal head.
Aroma is bready, sweet and malty, some spices.
Taste is a bit yeasty, bready, malty, has some spicyness as in belgian beers. Fenugreek is apparent at the end. An interesting touch!
This was interesting, never had a beer like this before. Pretty hard to define both aroma and taste. And that it was a saison? I had no idea.

Bottle @ Bruce’s. Pours amber with a small head. The nose is toast, marmalade. Earthy countryside, farmhouse yeast. The taste is peach,bubblegum, mashed banana. Slightly woody. Some pepper. Light body, active carbonation. Overall, nice.

Bottle at Bruce’s during the kickoff to Jack’s Farewell Tour, London - big thanks to Bruce. Pours cloudy amber with a creamy, light tan head. Nose has some lightly toasted bready malts, some ripe bananas, citrus fruits. Medium sweet flavor, more bready malts, bananas, some yeast, caramel. Medium bodied with fine to average, creamy carbonation. Moderately sweet finish, further bready malts, some dryish caramel, dry bananas. Good stuff.

Unclear medium orange colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, moderate yeasty, leather, dusty yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, dusty - yeast, dry, leather - brett, caramel, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121110]

[Ölprovning @ my place 20130301] Aroman söt och jäst, minimal alkohol. Smaken medl beska, en del avlagring. Såg fram emot denna ölen på provningen, visade sig var en av de mindre bra.....

Det här var helt okej öl, kanske lite mer intressant än god. Smaken var väldigt frisked toner av syra, bränd sötma och torkad frukt. Jag upplevde ölen som lite för kolsyrad och det dödade smaken lite.

750ml bottle. Cloudy amber with a white head. Slightly roasted malt, spices, cloves, orange peel and a hint of fudge. Nice bitter ending.

Doften är saisonstil. Smaken ger ett välgjort intryck men nog är smaken av den gula dosisen i engelsk konfekt lite väl framträdande.

alcohol might push a bit through one the nose when it’s warm. Aroma is lacking, taste is nice , light bitterness and a light malt backround.
nothing special but a decent beer. Had this with moose and they went well together.

Big bottle. Some belgoyeast in the nose. Also smells of wheat and alcohol. The flavor is alcohol, belgoyeast, wheat with a spicy finish. Quite bitter aftertaste.
