COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The end product is a hoppyaromatic all-malt brew where the special malt brings a remarkably pleasant malt character. It is fresh tasting and smooth as becomes a Dortmunder Export style beer.

Golden, no head and lightly carbonated. It has a surprisingly nice texture to it even if its other characteristics feel more ordinary. There’s some grain in the taste.

Bottled in the castle garden in Malmo. Bright gold, clear, low head. Hopyp nose with lemon, biscuits. Bready and well-hopped. Sweet malt flavor with biscuits, orange and lemon. Peppery, prickly finish.

330ml bottle at home. Pours golden yellow with a quickly vanishing head. Hay sweet aroma, some floral hops. Bready character comes through on the taste, and some bitterness. Not bad, but not great.

UPDATED: JAN 17, 2014 Ljusgul med ljust skum! Ganska fruktig för en pilsner! Malt och lite humle i smaken! Bra lager!

Nose is malt, light cereal, light biscuit, inoffensive. Taste is cereal, with light caramel and good butter, with a soft sweet finish. Mouthfeel is quite creamy for a lager, and lightly carbonate. A reasonable larger.

Appearance: golden edging on amber. Cloudy. Much carbonation, negligible white head. Smells lemony, grass, wine gums. Bitter sour initially, fading to a more agreeable sweet. Nice bitter hoppy kick in the aftertaste.

Bottle from Waitrose in Windsor. Pours a golden colour with a small white head that soon goes. Sweet aroma of malt and citrus. Soft carbonation. Medium body. Quite a good lager.

Bought from Tesco, Irvine, Scotland. 33cl bottle 5.3%abv around £1.59 - Have never saw this one before but I’m glad I took the chance. Having steered away from lager in recent times in favour of other types of beer I wasn’t too optimistic about it but I was wrong, Lightly coloured and subtle on the nose it’s all in the taste with this one. Not too gassy unlike some other lagers and with a slightly velvety mouthfeel , the biscuit and slightly floral/citrus taste combine to give a highly satisfying end product. God Lager translates as Good Lager and that’s a very apt name.

330ml bottle. Pours a golden amber colour with a white foam head that dissipates and aroma of malt, grain & grassy hop. Taste is biscuity malt, grain, grassy and abit metallic bitterness. Light bodied, soft to medium carbonation. Some residual sweetness, malt & dry bitter at the finish. Quite OK.

Appearance: Clear light amber with glass ring white head. Aroma: Hay, grassy, floral, biscuit, honey and a little sweetcorn. Taste: Low/medium sweetness, low bitterness, low sourness, honey and biscuit notes. Palate: Smooth thin texture, light body, prickly carbonation, a touch salty and refreshing. Comments: Tasty and left slight lace in glass.
