3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours a nice clear golden orange color with a slightly off white head. Aroma is of grapefruit, gooseberry, white grapes, tropical fruit and sweet malt, and actually rather mild for an IPA with such great hop varieties. The flavor is more on the well balanced fruity side, than in you face with hops, I get sweet and caramel malts, a sugary note, tropical fruits, grapefruit, gooseberries and white grapes. The body is medium with a not too dry mouthfeel. Overall a solid, yet mild, IPA.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
330mL thanks to argo0. My 200th IPA rating on this site. Pours a clear gold with a weak, yellowish head. No retention. Mostly bubbles floating around. Nose is cheesy hops, vanilla, almonds. Taste is chalky, fairly bland, sickly sweet, sticky. Very much the opposite what makes IPA great and a great example of why most IPAs these days you can safely scroll past. Weak shit.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear amber with a small but solid white head. Aroma has grassy hops, dried grass, clear caramel malt component, very much like bread crust, slightly lemony as well. Taste has a good deal of bitterness, rather hop forward, Eusopean hops, grassy and citrusy, lots of malt, bread crust, almost like Danish rye bread, caramel. To be honest, I like the malt profile in this, which I rarely do in IPA’s.
