[4947-20121116] 341mL bottle. Citrus juicy has a bold fruity aroma. Clear, bright orange body with a quick foamy white head. Bitter crisp citrus biscuit hops flavour. Medium body. Tasty. (7/3/7/3/15) 3.5

Overheard: "Where’s the citrus come from?" "Heaven."

Draught @ Pikkulintu. Rated on 29.07.2010
Aroma is hoppy with gooseberry bush, some resin and fruits. Flavour has resin, some sweetish malt, nettles, gooseberry bush and some fruits. Not my kind of IPA.

Bottle from Cunningham - thanks! Pours clear amber with an off-white head. Lightly hoppy aroma with caramel, tropical fruits, citrus and malt. Sweet and fruity with a distinct caramel flavour and a bitter and citrussy finish. Pleasant IPA, but quite ordinary. (2012-12-25)

330 ml bottle. Aroma of butterscotch, tropical fruit (ananas, mango) hay and a hint of cat piss. Tastes malty and fresh with lots of butterscotch. Bitterness is raw with little after taste.

Flaska.

2012-11-16. Crisp dark amber body with a small beige head. Pleasant mild aroma, nice hops. Flavour is similar, nice fruity hops, biscuity malt notes. 7+ Average palate. Not super complex but pleasantly hoppy, enjoyable. Bottle shared by JoeMcPhee

Aroma: some sweet frontal sweetness , mild roast , fairly hoppy side. Refreshing.
Look: dark brown with beige fine creamy top. 3+
Taste/palate: Medium bodied. Chocolate with roast , mineral, tad metallic dry roast feel. Dry end . Good , with character.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. 330ml. Best before September, unfortunately, so not too fresh. Deep, golden colour. Small, off-white head. Med carbonation. Aroma - Very sweet, sugary, caramel malt, almost toffeeish or molasses even. Fruity hops (sweet peaches, citrus and some tropical). Fruit aromas are kind of dulled and mixed together, probably because of the age. There’s also something lagery about the aroma, and a faint, musty yeast. Taste - Lightly sweet. As to be expected from aroma; caramellish malt, some fruity hops, but pretty faded - not much flavour left :( Just a brief, glimpse of some sweet, floral fruit flavours, then some fairly strongly bitter, citrus (white grapefruit) notes. Also, some spicy hop flavours present throughout. Mid bitter finish. Mid-light body. Not bad, but it’s obviously passed its prime; dulled and muted flavours and aromas. Can tell this would be a nice beer when fresh.

Pale golden pour. The aroma is bright and citrusy with a bit of light fruit and some melon. Juicy and a little but fruity. Soft and zesty with a bit of lingering citrus. Biscuity malt. Nicely fruity - juicy fruit and citrus. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
