| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 18/20 | Apr 10, 2008 Acquired via liquidsolutions. Pours a reasonably thick dark black that allows light through, one finger creamy tan head. Not as robust as I expected. The aroma is roasty, coffee, soy sauce, molasses. The flavor was roasty, soy sauce, coffee, a little sweet, nice waxy finish. The palate is nice and full and velvety on the tongue. Not my favorite impy, but still nice.
