Bottle at Akkurat. (best before Nov 11) Slightly hazy dark brown with a small white head. Aroma and taste of malt, dried fruit, toffee, raisin and port. Medium body and not that much carbonation. Drinkable and not bad at all, but not in the best shape either.

Bottle. Pours a hazy brownish golden with an off-white head. Tart, malty aroma with beginnings of Madeira/dark fruit notes. Flavour is metallic and sweetish malty. Bit of caramel. Madeira again. Tart ,dark fruit finish. 26-09-09.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Very spicey, rasin, cinnamon. Light sweet and moderate bitter flavor. Spicey notes again. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice beer.

(Cellared for 3 years) Brown with orange note, thin white head, slightly hazy. An aroma of port, yeast, wood, sweet fruit, roasted malt, a hint of cellar, dust, dark chocolate, iron. A flavour of malt and chocolate. A bit alcoholic. Typically belgian with some maltsweetness.

Clear brown of color with a weak off white head. An aroma of toffee, malt and plastic. A flavor of malt and toffee, weak hoppy notes.

50 cl bottle, bought at ØlKonsortiet, shared with Roger at hotelroom in Aalborg, feb. 2009. Copper color, disappering off-white head. Aroma is most of all dark dried fruit. Flavor is the same, with sweet malt and hops that gives a dry finish. Very nice, but maybe a bit over the top.

Deep amber/reddish colour with medium head nice warming aroma of plum,rasins and toffee caramel,warming mild mouth feels with full body.

(Bottle at Pikkulintu on 2008-12-05) Very dark amber and quite clear. Medium sized long lasting white head. Raisin and malts in nose. Full bodied and dry palate with little carbonation. Hint of raisin, bitterness, roastedness and bit of sourness in taste.
