Bottle. Pours a dark wooden brown with a small, beige-colored head. Aroma is caramel, light smoke, light tar, dark malts. Some roast and dark fruitiness. Taste is some caramel, more roast, some smoke. Surprisingly light in the mouth. Dark maltiness, light carbonation. Fairly nice.

Bottle(RBESG 2014): Almost clear, dark amber coloured, small foamy layer; dried fruits, molasses and toasted malt in the nose; solid sweet flavour, full bodied; sweet caramelly and fruity finish with a good dash of warming alcohol.Not bad, just a bit monotonous…

Bottle shared at the RBESG 2014, grand tasting 09/08/2014. Mahogany brown / caramel voloured pour with a cream head. Aroma is spicy rye bread, cereal, sweet caramel and some jammy berry fruits. Flavour is composed of choc coco powder, jammy fruits, some hot alcohol in the finish. Palate is medium sweet, , dusty mouthfeel and hihish carbonation.

The aroma of roasted malt. Taste is also of roasted malt but has some alcohol. Good bitterness that fills the mouth forever. To be a beer from 2012 so it is really good anyway. I like it. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

(bottle) hazy ruby-brown colour with a frothy light beige head. aroma of caramel and brown sugar, quite oxidized, with a hint of alcohol, yeast and raisins. flavour is more raisins, yeast and oxidation, with a hint of alcohol and some roasted malts. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle shared at the RBESG ’14, Grander Tasting @ Moncada, 09/08/14. Mahogany brown with a moderate an covering. Nose is dark fruit rinds, brown sugars, toffee, spice. Taste comprises light cocoa, toffee fudge, mellow dark fruits. Medium + body, fine carbonation, sweet licks in the close. Ok stuff.

RBESG pt 18. Moncada. Grand Tasting. Clear dark brown beer, residual pale tan head. Palate is airy and soft, mild fine carbonation. Dark toffee malts, light fruity tang. Mild spice before the light dry finish. Not bad.

Bottle shared during the RBESG 2014 London Grand Tasting - Moncada Brewery. Pours clear amber with a creamy, tan head. Toasted and toffee, lots of candied fruits. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more sugary ripe fruits, dates, toffee. Nice. I like it.

Bottle shared at RBESG 2014 Grand Tasting. Clear red brown color with a red glare coming through, small beige head. Smell and taste malts, sweetness, lightly alcohol, slightly herbs or spices, slightly overripe fruits. Quite decent.
