omhper (10039), Stockholm, Sweden Jan 16, 2003 This beer was only brewed once as far as I know, and was a maltier version of Nils Oscar Kalasöl. Kalasöl itself is a wacked, more hoppy variation of octoberfest, so this was really, really hoppy but had a more filling mouthfeel, and was IMO better than the ordinary version. DrBeer (744), Danderyd Stockholm, Sweden Jan 5, 2002 A good märzen, a bit sweet for me but really hoppy. Oakes (6779), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Dec 12, 2000 This is so dry and hoppy it could come from Seattle. Despite its initial burst of caramelly maltiness, the
earthy hops get down to business shortly thereafter and never let go until well after you’ve put down the
glass.
