COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Årets Kalaspåsköl har en högre vörtstyrka och alkoholhalt för att ytterliggare förstärka ölets karaktär, mustighet och fyllighet. Resultatet en bärnstensfärgad Ale inspererad av vår klassiska Kalasöl. Fyra sorters humle bla Amarillo och Cascade ger ölets dess rätta beska. Rostat korn, mörk malt och karamellmalt ger ölets dess härliga färg. Nils Oscar Kalaspåsköl är ett festligt öl, utmärkt till det dignande påskbordet.

2 finger beige head that sinks to 5 mm, red-amber body. Nose: Toffee, butterscotch and starfruit. Aroma: Toffee, butterscotch, cookie, grapefruit, marzipan, chocolate, starfruit and resin. Short ending with some bitterness.

Draft @ Bishops Arms Gustav, Malmö. Pours a clear deep amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma with weak hoppy hints. Fruity malty weak hoppy spicy caramel flavor. Has a fruity maltysspicy caramel finish.

Medium beige head. Clear brown body with carbonation. Fruity malty caramelly aroma with spicy toffee notes. Dry-sweet fruity malty caramelly taste with roasty spicy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish earthy caramelly aftertaste with mineraly roasty spicy notes. Nice, drinkable, interesting, and very well balanced. Good session beer. (0.33l bottle, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg.)

Nice color but no nose, a bit bitter and sweet but nothing else going on. Perhaps it works with easter food but does not work on its own in my opinion.

Should this beer taste anything? The scent is not at all. The taste is more than minimal. The aftertaste is gone. A totally pointless beer to drink. Avoid this!
