COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nils Oscar Sorachi Blond är kryddad med den japanska humlesorten Sorachi som ger en rik doft av citrus. Just humlen i denna brygd är odlad i USA.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of fruit, citrus, herbs, freshly baked bread and caramel. Dry herbal and malty flavour. The malt tastes really fresh and fine, while the hops just taste....sorachi

Bottle, 75cl. It’s a clear, golden beer with an off-white head. Peachy, tropical nose with a touch of malts. Quite boring. The flavor is quite nice, but a bit boring like the aroma. Sweetish, malty and peachy, but not very interesting. Medium body, nice carbonation. Some bitterness in the end. A quite decent beer, but it doesn’t impress in any way. 110820

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy white head and lacings. Sweet and sticky. Belgium yeast - rather anonymous. A bit of sweet bubblegum and grain - BUT the hops are rather anonymous. Medium bodied. Ends dry. Fine.

Amber colour beer with white head. Somewhat spicy and flower-like aroma. Quite sweet has grass, juniper and sorachi hops of course. Spicy and semi-bitter aftertaste.

750ml bottle @ home. Medium gold, maybe a bit dull. White head, dies rather quickly. Quite spicy nose, yeasty, hops, wheat. Medium bodied, dry, quite malty/wheaty, with aromatic yeasty and hoppy notes. Medium long finish. I expected more complexity, and more expressive Sorachi hop notes. Not bad, though.
