COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nils Oscar Sorachi Blond är kryddad med den japanska humlesorten Sorachi som ger en rik doft av citrus. Just humlen i denna brygd är odlad i USA.

750 ml bottle @ Olutravintola Pannuhuone. Rated @ 30.7.2010.
Hazy amber colour with a thick white head. Spicy aroma of vanilla, grapefruit, yeast and sweet malts. Sweet flavour with loads of grapefruit, malts and hops. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. Nice summer brew.

Amber colour beer with white head. Somewhat spicy and flower-like aroma. Quite sweet has grass, juniper and sorachi hops of course. Spicy and semi-bitter aftertaste.

Bottled. Pours out in a hazy dark golden colour with a dense off-white head. Seville oranges, lemons, crackers, vanilla, mild grassy hops and apricots and apricots. Medium-bodied with strong notes of bourbon, vaniila and coconut, almonds and apricots with undertones of orange-peels. Long medium-bitter finsih of almonds, apricots and wood. This one has a big barrel character without being barreled. Tasty but weird.

(Draught@Pikkulintu) Ice-creamy, soft and peachy-fruity nose with evident brett notes. Flavor is pretty much the same with smooth fruit, brett, and some lagerish properties, too. Not very Belgian, but ok.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy white head and lacings. Sweet and sticky. Belgium yeast - rather anonymous. A bit of sweet bubblegum and grain - BUT the hops are rather anonymous. Medium bodied. Ends dry. Fine.

(Bottle) Pours golden with a small off-white head. Thai food notes up font in the aroma: lime, lemon grass, coconut milk and coriander alongside a bready and light toffee-ish malt foundation. Undertones of juniper, oak, vanilla ice cream, cotton candy and mint. Juicy hints of fruit salad also notable - pineapple, oranges, oxidized banana and tart, unripe mango. Sadly, a blanket of buttery, plastic and acetone-ish hints hides the subtle tones of the aroma. The flavour is light sweet, light to medium bitter and light tart sourish. Notes of juicy orange/lemon lemonade, bready/grainy malt, syrup, cotton candy light apricot, spices, grass and mild herbs. The mouthfeel is clean, a bit tad tart, light round and smooth carbonated. The finish holds green apples, grapefruit and earthy spices. Maybe a whisper of phenols. Medium bodied.
