COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nils Oscar Sorachi Blond är kryddad med den japanska humlesorten Sorachi som ger en rik doft av citrus. Just humlen i denna brygd är odlad i USA.

Bottle from Systembolaget. It poured a hazy golden liquid with a small white head. also had floating bits of yeast in the liquid. Sweet smell of candy and honey. Similar taste with some yeast. Smooth mouthfeel and low carbonation. Very sweet with lots of honey. The hops was probably gone by now, had the bottle stored for quite a while.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a white head. The aroma has strong notes of spicy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and spicy hops. Thanks joergen for sharing.

Clear blonde body with a small white top. Nose is candy sugar, vanilla and hints of Belgian yeast. Taste is molasses and dry hops, with some metallic tones coming along mid-palate. Drinkable, but a bit simple makeup that certainly does not match the commercial description at all (for those who can read Swedish). A fair enough summer brew, but I’m honestly not very impressed.

Draught. Low creamy and quickly disappearing off-white head. Clear amber body. Apple pear peach caramel aroma. Fairly hoppy fruity caramel flavor with low carbonation and a long bitter sweet aftertaste.

typisk belgisk doft, fina ljusa toner, trevlig syrlighet, fruktig och även den ganska lätt och perfekt till en varm sommareftermiddag.

750ml bottle @ home. Medium gold, maybe a bit dull. White head, dies rather quickly. Quite spicy nose, yeasty, hops, wheat. Medium bodied, dry, quite malty/wheaty, with aromatic yeasty and hoppy notes. Medium long finish. I expected more complexity, and more expressive Sorachi hop notes. Not bad, though. Bottled 750ml (BB 05/2013)
Amber color, small white head. Juniper, light fruity aroma. Medium-bodied. Caramel, harsh Sorachi hoppyness, some juniper. Soapy. Lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Another bottle I had a sip was diacetylic, this is clean.
