Sep 28, 2007 Draught@SBWF2007. Yellow colour, reallu huge white creamy head. Aroma is spices, citrus fruits and slight alcohol. Flavour is pleasantly spices and grassy. Also some yeast and fruits with a mild touch of alcohol.

Sep 26, 2007 (Stockholm Beer 2007) Draught. Yellow color, huge creamy head. Yteasty and fruity aroma, malty and with some spicy notes. Hoppy, grassy, citric and spicy flavor, apricot and some yeasty notes. Fruity and somewhat yeasty aroma.

Hazy blond color with huge head. Strange aroma, with some medicine and plastic, then showing a more classic aroma, later, with dry malt and spices. Good mouthfeel, some sugars, dry malt, spicy, with lemon zest too. Probably because of the fermentation or maturation it’s a bit strange, but good Triple.

Sep 24, 2007 Draft at Stockholm Beer Festival, 2007. A light golden beer with a huge lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of spices - especially coriander and carraway seeds. The flavor is sweet malty againg with strong notes of spices, but this time primarily coriander.
