"Balance" is the key description for this smooth and refreshing Southwestern-style Blonde Ale. Nimbus Dirty Güera is brewed with the finest domestic pale malts and world-class Cara-Pils and Munich malts. Our use of select Perle and German Hallertau hops lends to the beer’s pleasant floral nose: low in fruitiness and mild in ester production. This combination produces a light, clean and crisp balance between malts and hops. Our Blonde’s subtle sweet undertones are derived from pure mesquite-flavored "killer-bee" honey that is harvested from hives in Bisbee, Arizona.

At the brew pub on draft is a clear light yellow with a slight white head. The aroma is of pine and citrus and the taste is more pine and a bitterness that lingers on the palate.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours a clear golden color with an off white head. The aroma is floral with lots of pine. The flavor is interesting with lots of evergreen, pine and florals. Nice mouthfeel and finish. I could drink more of this session blonde. Pretty nice.

12 fl oz / 355mL bottle into a pint glass. Served cold. Aroma: Honey! Honey is really obvious. There’s a mild spiciness I can’t place. Light malt. Very mild hop aroma. Appearance: Slightly hazy dark gold with a lingering foamy white head. Taste: Nice honey sweetness and fresh bread-y malt. Simple, but really quite pleasant! Palate: Light bodied, flavors don’t persist very much. Overall: Hometown beer! Woohoo! Very nice brew for people who are getting into craft beer for the first time, and it’s very good for someone who’s been into craft beer a while. Really refreshing on a hot day. Love it.

Flavorful yet a little homebrewed tasting blonde. A little funky. Dark amber for a blonde ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a blonde yellow color with a floral aroma. Taste is very simple without any complexity, clean but a little boring.

12oz bottle. Dark amber color, hazy, smallish head, good lacing. Aroma is definitely of finishing hops. One of those odd beers where the taste doesn’t match the aroma. Mild, but not to a fault. Tastes like hops but doesn’t bite. Herbal, too. It’s unique, distinctive, and well-rounded.

Bottle, shared with Bergen Beer Geek Tasting Crew. Pours a milky wit-like straw yellow body with a small white head. Nose is mild grainy wheat-like tones, citric peel and hints of grass. OK, but very mild. Taste is grainy citric peel tones, which fade into some rather bitter grassy notes towards the end of the palate. Fresh, with a thin body and moderate carbonation, but I long for a bit more in taste for this to be a good session ale.

Pours a slightly hazy gold with about a finger of white head that leaves a thin coating on the glass. Aroma is crisp malts and orange. Taste is very light and malty, with some slight hop bitterness to balance it. Some honey in there, too. Overall just kind of odd... not bitter enough to be a pale ale or pilsner, but not really light enough to be a blonde ale. Interesting, but disappointing.
