On tap at Nimbus Poured a hazy brown color with a small off white head. Has a spicey, banana aroma. Flavor is light malt, banana, light spice and esters. Has a bit of a twang at the end. Medium body. A decent dark hefe.

This beer sits in my pint glass a lightly hazy dark amber color. It is topped by a thin head that is fairly pale. The aroma is sour and fruity with hints of bubblegum, banana and clove. The taste is sweet, rich, fruity and surprisingly it is slightly sour as well. I must admit that I like the subtle sourness, but is it actually supposed to be here, I would guess not. It is almost like eating a sour plum. This is currently quite enjoyable, but I have a feeling that with time it will only get more off. This is quite tasty, but be warned it may not be in quite as good condition a month from now.
