A traditional stout using dark roasted malted barley to create a full-bodied ale. Rounded with the smooth flavor of oats, the addition of English Kent Goldings hops produces a creamy stout that has proven to be a favorite.

Bottle from BevMo, Phoenix. Roasted malt aroma with some chocolate notes. Pours black with a thin light brown than dissipates quickly and some lacing. Sweet chocolate flavor to start with roasted flavors right before the finish. Finishes quite smooth with the chocolate lingering on the palate. Nice brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. Aroma is dark malt with some yeasty sweetness. Appearance is black with a creamy head. Taste is sweet then got to the dark malt, but not too dry, surprisingly. Palate is pretty neutral. Overall, a decent stout. Would buy again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Serving type: bottle Appearance- Pours very thick and syrupy with a tan head that quickly disappeared. The beer itself is a creamy solid black color. Lacing disappeared to little spots on the glass. Aroma- Roasted malt and oats with a coffee smell and a sweet molasses and chocolate nose. T/P- – Smokey coffee, and a sweet chocolate taste to it. Mouth feel is very nice light carbonation no strong bitter aftertaste very clean. Overall- I have never been a huge stout drinker, but sine it is winter I am drinking more and more and starting to enjoy them more and more. This is a stout that making me start to enjoy them. I would defentaly have to buy this one again and again.

12 fl oz / 355mL bottle into a Guinness glass. Served cold. Aroma: Dark roast, Some bittersweet chocolate. Pretty mild aroma. Appearance: Opaque dark brown body, sparse dark tan head. Nice lacing. Taste: Pretty mild. Not bad, but mild. Roasty. Straightforward. Palate: Full bodied. Moderate finish. Kind of creamy, but not as creamy as Murphy’s. Better body than Guinness. Overall: Pretty good stout. Nothing really jumps out at me, but it’s a pretty good stout.

Poured from a bottle, dark, with a good tan creamy head. Aroma is immediate with the oatmeal and roasted coffee beans. Taste is light than some others in this style, but still good flavors: dark chocolate, roasted coffee. A little bitterness at the end. Decent beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
