3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from total wine. Decent straight up stout with some nice chocolatey notes. A bit of a creamy texture. Finishes a touch bittersweet. Solid offering but nothing earth shattering.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma of toffee and yeast. and hoppy hints. Pours an opaque dark brown with a fairly thick tan head that leaves some lacing. Taste is roasted malt with black cofffee and toffee notes. Super carbonated - not full-bodied, which may be the key to its drink-ability. Not bad but not particularly memorable.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
12 oz bottle. Label notching appears to indicate a bottled on date of Feb. 2014.
Pours clear dark brown with a small head that soon reduces to a thin, partial coat.
Aroma: sweet and overly floral with faint traces of dark malts.
Flavor: Contaminated? Not so bad or off style that I am sure it is a bad bottle, but it certainly is a bad stout.
Feel: mildly astringent; medium body.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from BevMo, Phoenix. Roasted malt aroma with some chocolate notes. Pours black with a thin light brown than dissipates quickly and some lacing. Sweet chocolate flavor to start with roasted flavors right before the finish. Finishes quite smooth with the chocolate lingering on the palate. Nice brew.
