Hazy medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, paper, moderate yeasty, apricot, lime. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100220]

Hazy yellow with a tiny white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with wheat and fruity hints. Sweet flavour with wheat, yeast and orange peel.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemon and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of spice, malt, and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle, 5.4%. Tart aroma, almost bretty. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Small stable white head. Good malty flavour, light malts, good level of yeast. A little spicy flavour also. Subtle and well-balanced, but flavourful.

Hazy yellow blonde with a reasonable white head. A straight forward estery blanche. Good citrus and banana and bubblegum. Faintly sour finish. Not bad.

From tap at brewpub. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild wheaty and slight spiced. Dry wheaty, mild orange fruity estery flavoured and solid coriander spiced. Dry spiced and wheaty flavoured finish.

Bottle at Chris O’s tasting, 26th Sept 2008. Cloudy amber with a little bit of head. Strong clove aroma leads into a fresh tangerine taste. Light palate with a quicky, fruity finish. Perhaps a bit too sweet but pretty decent.
