COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

75cl bottle. Perfectly golden and clear, small snowy white head. Nose : soapy zest from citrus, bread and grains. Sip : Low density, creamy texture and good carbonation. Moderately sweet start flavoured by grains, it gets crispy and dry with citrus zest notes. Short finish. Ok refreshment. It does taste more like a blonde then a pils to be honest which is good.

from Mondial de la Bière 2011, Strasbourg - hazy dark blond-orange beer under a persistent foam; fair fruity hoppy nose with hints of melon, orange peels and pineapple; medium-bodied at best and with a moderate carbonation; gently bitter, slightly dry and with more fruity notes in the finish - nice and refreshing

Tasting at Papsø’s
Hazy blond color. The aroma, strangely, is quite fruity. Despite the sudden expectations, the mouthfeel is very dry, with light grassy flavor, and nothing else of interest.

Draft at the brewpub. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw and hazy as well as light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw as well as light notes of spices, leading to a dry and bitter finish.
