Pineapple, mango, and papaya in a red ipa..whoa, that’s creative! Aroma is slightly fruity, but I wouldn’t be able to pull out those aromas. Clear red/amber color. Sips nice and lively with nice hop presence. Body is medium to full and the middle and finish bring the malt to compliment the sweetness and hops. Slight watery body in the finish is my only complaint. Dry and sweet balance in the finish as well. Nice double ipa.

Aroma is roasted crystal malts, caramel, clove, and earthiness. Taste is sweet rich malts with light tartiness and an earthiness. Some light passion fruit notes aswell. Finishes with a full body and well balanced hopiness. The high abv doesn’t undermine the flavors aswell which is nice. Appearance is a slight hazy orange with a thin pearl head that retains fairly well.

Deep amber appearance with a large off white head and good lacing. Aroma of rye and resin. Spicy, herbal hop flavors up front followed by a dry, biscuit-like taste. Aftertaste showcases some tropical fruit. Medium bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel with a lingering finish.

On tap at Paradiso Georgetown, pours a hazy amber with some spitty, white head. Nose has orange, heavy with pine, earthy, some clear malt/toffee, soap. Flavor is mostly just soapy, quite muddled with the citrus, some chewy grains, bread crust, some herbs. Full bodied, bitter finish. A bit over done.

Deep burnt orange with a bit of floating debris and cloudiness. Head is rocky and off-white. Big aroma with lots of mango, fresh grapefruit, lemon bars, pine tips, and some spice. Really pretty. Flavors are big and bold, chewy mouthfeel with good balance from bittering hops. Really solid.
