An IRA bursting with notes of mango, papaya and pineapple, this beer finishes juicy with a subtle malty backbone. It doesnít take brains to know hoppy, tropical IRAs are a great way to welcome warmer months ahead!

Pineapple, mango, and papaya in a red ipa..whoa, thatís creative! Aroma is slightly fruity, but I wouldnít be able to pull out those aromas. Clear red/amber color. Sips nice and lively with nice hop presence. Body is medium to full and the middle and finish bring the malt to compliment the sweetness and hops. Slight watery body in the finish is my only complaint. Dry and sweet balance in the finish as well. Nice double ipa.

Bottle. Nice tropical fruit aroma with subtle notes of citrusy hops. Pours clear amber colored with a slight red tinge and a white head with good lacing. Starts with a lot of sweet tropical fruit flavors including mango, papaya and pineapple. Finishes dry with a crisp, grapefruit citrus hop bite at the end that linger on the palate. Nice red ale, even if it doesn't have the appearance of one.

(Bottle) I like it. Very grapefruit / tropical with some nice martinis. Not bad! Maybe too bitter, I dunno.

12 oz bottle. Pours slightly hazy copper orange with a small off white head that quickly goes to a thin film that leaves a little lacing.

The aroma is subdued - some tropical fruit and metallic hops.

The flavor is sweet caramel malts with tropical fruit and a good amount of resiny hop bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation.

Overall, a nicely balance hoppy red.

12oz bottle. Copper pour. Hop nose that blends with the malts. Not getting the big tropical flavors, instead, malt flavors with bitterness taking over. Some roast in the background. Nice blend. Nothing outstanding.

22oz bomber pours with a crystal clear copper body that supports a white head of foam. The aroma offers up an array of hoppiness like citrus, spiciness onion, floral hops and a little bit of lime / herbal / tea earthiness sort of softness off in the background. The taste begins smooth with hops and growing citrus hop juiciness. It quickly slides into grapefruit and clementine hop bitterness with lesser earthy and spicy onion like mild hoppy dankness off in the background. Behind the hops lurks a murmur of malts, crystal malts and a hint at some faint roastiness. Pretty solid brew as Iím enjoying the hop blend and slightly juicy to near bitter hoppy goodness.

Bottle. Coppery amber color, light white head. Notes of citrus and fruit. Juicy, hoppy, bitter, and rich - this is a good beer.

Bottle. Amber-gold with a fine but short white head. Funny that they call it a Red IPA when itís more pale than most IPAs, itís very much amber in color and not red. American hop aroma is grapefruit, maraschino cherry, cedar shavings / wood oil, lightly catty and resinous. Medium-light body, sweet and syrupy with low carbonation. Slick / gelatinous texture with a short finish that shows fruit cocktail hoppiness with faint sugar cookie maltiness. Hum drum sugary and syrupy IPA.

Clear reddish, with a skim of white head. Aroma and taste are juicy, and I was going to write that even before reading the description. Tropical fruit and citrus, and itís clean and drinkable as well.
