COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ninkasi’s Single Hop Series is a project to experience the unique characteristics of select hops and the flavors and nuances they impart. By using a standard malt selection, we have designed an elegant framework to showcase different hops. Each beer in the series is named for the hop in use and lends itself to a deeper understanding of the featured varietal.

On tap at Bier One. Citrus, pine and caramel. Crisp. Surprisingly full bodied for a single hop pale ale. Light bitter finish. Tasty.

Clear light gold/yellow. Aroma is fairly citrusy and grainy. Taste is excellent, crisp, nicely hopped. Crackery finish. Very enjoyable

Draft at sb. Pours a hazy medium gold with a dense and creamy white head. Nice grassy piney nose. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Sweet caramel mid palate with bright piney hop on the mid palate. Finishes crisp and refreshing.

On tap. Clear yellow with a fizzy white head. Sweet strong grapefruit and light pine aroma with a crisp clean and distinct grapefruit flavor that plays well with the somewhat sugary caramel backbone and finishing pleasantly sweet with a low bitterness profile. Soft medium bodied palate. Nice.

It tasted about the same as any other Pale Ale Ninkasi makes, except this one uses only one hop (El Dorado in this case) instead of a half dozen.
