COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ninkasi’s Single Hop Series is a project to experience the unique characteristics of select hops and the individual flavors and nuances they impart. By using a standard malt selection, we have designed an elegant framework to showcase different hops. Each beer in the series is named for the hop in use and lends itself to a deeper understanding of the featured varietal.

Draft at sb. Pours a crystal clear pale gold with a thin loose whit3 head. Seriously looks like a macro lager. Mild toasty grassy crackery nose. Creamy light body with soft feathery carb. Toasty crackery mid palate with a mild grassy finish.

Pours yellow with a white head. Citrus, floral, grass and malt aroma. Lemon, hop, floral, grass, honey and malt flavors. Light body and a honey sweet taste. Honey and lemon finish.

Draft at pony bar HK with Brendan. Pours a clear golden body with thin white lacing. Aroma is malt, pale malt, pils and spice. Mouthfeel is thin with notes of citrus hops and bitterness. Eh a bit weak on the palate.

Draught. Pours a very clear dark golden color with a very small white head on there. Nose has some grass and grains in there, and despite the style, it drinks more like a lager than anything else. Taste is slightly bitter and did nothing to change my opinion of this one. Meh.
