Pours pale yellow with a thin white head, moderate retention. Aromas of biscuit, caramel, grass, citrus. Light body, good carbonation, crisp, lightly dry. Lightly sweet, lingering moderately bitter finish. Easy drinking, but unremarkable.

Grainy Pilsnery aroma come from this super pale slightly hazy yellow brew. Very grainy flavor not much sweet or body. Light brew and crisp. No bitter or hops really.

bright gold yellow some white foam. Aroma doughy, lemons. Tastes sweet bread some spice, some perfume. Palate is not as dry as it could be.

Brilliantly clear, pale and golden. White head quickly dissipating to lacing across the top. Banana, water from a garden hose, slightly sweet, little in the way of hops. Brightly carbonated but easily drinkable. Too dry to be a go-to thirst-quencher. Great for the style but a little disappointing personally.

Shitty grass nose. Clear yellow, medium head with low retention. Malt with a healthy grass presence. Light body, moderate carbonation. Could almost pass for a pilsner, but fairly average.

Pours a thin head on a clear golden body. The aroma is straw, grain and a little metal. The taste has mild bitterness, then a longer sweet finish. The texture is crisp and fizzy. A sweeter lager but good.

Bottle from Bridgetown Beer House in PDX. Bready and floral nose, noble stuff. Very pale straw color with a thin creamy head. Grassy initial, a touch of citrus, a bit of spiciness (from ?), and a fine Bready sweet finish. Medium body -- maybe a bit heavy for the style. Crisp, clean, and tasty.

bottle from City Beer SF. Crisp bready lager with light floral hops. Fairly well done though not terribly exciting. Clean finish with some yeast.

UPDATED: JAN 18, 2016 I could drink of bunch of these. I could also go on about taste and aroma and other stuff (which I do appreciate) but I must put this beer in the context of time. I am watching a Phish show live stream on TV. I cant help wondering, if deadheads had this technology would they do the same? I drank this beer throughout the show and it was truly wonderful. So cheers! Cheers to Ninkisi and cheers to Phish. Thanks for all you both do. Cause both you rule the universes in which you preside.
