A good helles. Pours a clear, pale straw colour with a fizzy white head. The nose is very grainy with a light grassy note with a bit of a skunk. Easy sipping, crisp and clean with a finish. A good helles.

12 oz single bottle from the Craft Beer Cellar - Fort Collins. Clear golden appearance with a fully dissipating white head. Aroma of bread, toasted grain and noble hops. Similar flavor, malty and smooth with light hop bitterness. Crisp, fairly clean, light and easy to drink. A little boring but just fine otherwise.

355ml bottle pours a slightly hazy straw color with a finger of white head that leaves a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is grassy with some light cereal grains. Taste is a grassy hop bitterness with a light malty sweetness. Light bodied with adequate carbonation. Overall, a typical German Helles style lager, nothing really stands out.

oured a beautiful, pale, golden, straw, with a fizzy white head. Nice retention. Nice lager, and something unique from Ninkasi. I often find their beers really taste the same. Some biscuity malts, citrus, lemon peel/rind. A little dry. Vanilla, wheat malts, cracker-like finish.
