Commercial Description:
5.6% alc./vol. 28 ibus. Lightly hopped with Simcoe, Santiam, Crystal and Liberty hops. Made for the wedding of one of the Ninkasi owners.

Tap at Bier Stein. Pours out a clear golden color with a moderate one finger white head. Aroma was mostly biscuit, light caramel malt and a very tiny pine hop presence. Flavor was a bit cardboardy, solid biscuit malt presence, light caramel and a bit more hop than in the aroma. Ninkasi really needs to get back on track, they haven’t introduced a truly tasty beer since Oatis.
