12oz bottle from Total Wine. 2am in my hotel room, stomach full of Oxtail Soup, playing back video of a Cello Duo playing Master of Puppets. Pours dark brown with a beige head that quickly fades to a ring. Aroma is chocolate, molasses, roast. Flavor is molasses, chocolate, a bit of overextracted coffee bitterness in the finish.

Clean oatmeal stout. Well made, nice alcoholic warmth. But nothing spectacular to stick out from the crowd. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From a bomber, a gift from my nephew. Iíll call it dark brown, beige head fades to a ring, no lacing to speak of. Aroma is ash, coffee, roasted malt. Flavor is bitter chocolate and coffee with a mildly bitter finish. I didnít get a vanilla flavor or scent. (They must have forgot to put it in my bottle.) I wouldnít call it a sweet stout, Iíd call it a damn good stout! I need to go back to Oregon!

Pours black with minimal tan head. Aroma of rich coffee, bitter dark chocolate, smoke and toast. Flavour more bitter than the aroma with a rich, inviting mouthfeel ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Very dark brown with a light tan head thatís soon a coat. Aroma is roasty with chocolate, some singed carmael, vanilla, chicory. Smooth body, lowish carbonation. Sweet with some ashy and acid roasted touches. Firm roasted flavours, some licorice, chocolate. Not much depth for 7% but quite harmonious.
