Some bread, citrus and light floral notes M: Medium bodied and tasty, Weighs on the palate though O: Good but not sessionable due to the wight of the body on this Pale

Quantum was good. There were much less hops compared to most Ninkasi brews.

Orange-amber ale with moderately citrus-fruity hop flavor and crisp bitterness. Big flavor yet easy to quaff. Deserves wider fame, I think. Although at 5.6% it is not a "session" beer, sorry.

A little too watery for me on this one, but a solid fruity pale ale that goes down smooth.

I have to admit, I’m very partial to Ninkasi since I’m from Eugene. But I truley love this beer, and every other beer of theirs. In my opinion, they piss excelence.

Phenomenally looking, smelling, and tasting beer. Bright light orange color. Crisp, earthy flavor; lighter than other beers by brewer which exemplifies range by Mr. Floyd. Great summertime brew!

tastey and fresh, well balanced and delicate, slightly hoppy, mild and malty, decent pale but not ninkasi’s best work

Sampled at the 2007 Blooms & Brews Fest at the Oregon Gardens. Pours a hazy amber with a floral nose. Grassy finish/aftertaste. Body is light, mouthfeel a bit watery. Boring.
