3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Orange amber hue with thick creamy white head. Aroma is hoppy, floral, spicy, caramel, citrus. Mouthfeel is nice with medium body and moderate carbonation. Taste is sweet initial with a strong bitter following and slight CO2 bite in the finish. Overall this is a nice brew but is more of a hoppy amber than a pale ale.

Created by Ninkasi exclusively for Level Up Arcade in downtown Eugene, Oregon.

Quantum was good. There were much less hops compared to most Ninkasi brews.

Hazy copper colors. Very light aromas. Taste is good the flavors are well balanced. It is a nice mellow drink, the hop is there but itt does not run away with the show.

S: Citrus hop profile, little bit of breadiness
T: Balanced, malt forward versus hop forward. Some bread, citrus and light floral notes
M: Medium bodied and tasty, Weighs on the palate though
O: Good but not sessionable due to the wight of the body on this Pale

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Orange-amber ale with moderately citrus-fruity hop flavor and crisp bitterness. Big flavor yet easy to quaff. Deserves wider fame, I think. Although at 5.6% it is not a "session" beer, sorry.

A little too watery for me on this one, but a solid fruity pale ale that goes down smooth.

I have to admit, I’m very partial to Ninkasi since I’m from Eugene. But I truley love this beer, and every other beer of theirs. In my opinion, they piss excelence.
