3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. First, Iíve got to say that this product comes in a fantastic package and should win awards for its simplicity. Second, I admit that this was probably brewed some time ago as itís no longer summer so Iíll be lenient. Pours amber, white head. Nose is caramel and grapefruit. Flavour is same with some dry hopped grassiness... finish is relatively dry. Good!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber. Clear orange copper, lasting creamy off-white head leaves some definitive stepped lacing. Mild sweet malty aroma. Lightly bitter, fresh earthy herbal spicy hop taste, mild sweet malt, some citrus. Average carbonation, lighter bodied, moderately hopped. Nice refreshing quencher, finishes clean and dry. 3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear light copper color. Decent frothy. Aroma is earthy spicy hops upfront with a slight vinegarish note. Taste follows the Aroma with a nice malt backbone. Interesting take of a Ale. I like it!

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Nothing stands out on this guy. Although the summer ale part could be misleading. Another hoppy brew from Ninkasi.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from a bomber amber, almost redish. Appearance is crystal clear, much like other Ninkasi brews. Aroma is a bit heavy on the malt but finishes a bit bitter due to the above average hop schedule. Overall, quite a nice beer.

Solid. Almost an IPA. Hop centric in a grapefruit way, with a good malt base. B.

22 oz Bomber. The beer pours to a light copper color with a small head. The aroma has a slight floral, grass & bread notes to it. The taste is light in body & has a mild bitter finish. Overall an average Pale Ale.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
slightly cloudy light amber pour with massive head - aroma of malt and bread - nice toasted malt flavor with a really great hop flavor (now I know why they call them noble hops!)
