From bottle. Golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is sweet citrus, caramel malt, and a touch of bitter pine. Taste is tart grapefruit, caramel malt, pine, and grass. Fairly well balanced malt and hops, but just a hint too much grassy bitterness in the finish.

Clear golden under a generous foamy off-white head. Big nose of springtime flowers and greasy leafy lupulin hops and a touch of lemon zest. Big taste of toasted biscuit and earthy leafy hops, a bit of bitter resin, and a finish of cracker. Not shabby, just a bit more earthy than I like.

Deep blond color, hazy, with creamy head. Some malt and hop aroma, a bit fruity, but lighter than expected. The mouthfeel is rather dry; the malt flavor has a grass and hay accent, some toffee; strong bitterness, with a lot of hop resins, but also a vegetables character; long and strong final.
Ok beer, but below expectations too much vegetable presence in the final.

Bomber from Bevmo! Appearance: 3 fingers white head, golden straw color, slight lacing. Aroma: floral, caramel, light citrus. Palate: light body, little less than average carbonation, dry and bitter finish. Taste: slight sweetness to lasting bitterness. Overall, pretty unimpressed for Ninkasi, not very complex and balance is slightly off.

A nice light golden pour with a floral aroma. Hoppy bitterness numbs the tongue and washes down everything else. Not bad.

Bottle from portland, or. Aroma is toasted malt and some hops as well as floral and citrus notes. Pours pale golden colored with a thin white head and some lacing. Toasted malt flavors to start as well as some citrus and floral hints throughout. Finishes very dry with hop bitterness as well as some piney notes at the very end that are resiny that stuck to the palate. Decent pale, but there is a lot going on for a spring beer.

UPDATED: JUN 3, 2014 The appearance had a semi-clear golden amber colored body with a one fingered white foamy head that dies within about a minute, light lacing graces the sides of the glass. Light carbonation is seen rising at a moderate pace. The smell had some light spicy notes linger through a malty base. The taste was kinda bland through the previous smells; slight spicy aftertaste, dry watery finish. On the palate, it sat about at a light to medium sort of body. The carbonation hits like a normal Blonde Ale - not too hard and not too soft just adequate. It kinda feels slick on the mouth and tongue. Overall, to me this is a Blonde ale, it hits the style so its good for the most part. Except for me, Iím not that thrilled with the taste, as it comes across somewhat bland. It might be better with food. Blonde Ale or Pale Ale, it is what is.

Poured from tap to glass. Light orange tinted straw hue with creamy white head. Aroma is very floral with essences of honey, citrus, straw, wildflower. Mouthfeel is nice with a medium light body and great carbonation. Taste is dry with a nice bitter following and an astringent metallic finish. Overall this is a good brew.
