COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Total Crystalation is our dedication to hop harvest by brewing Total Domination using Fresh Hops. We brew the beer adding hops as normal for the first two additions. Instead of adding a final addition we run the wort through 960 lbs. of fresh picked Crystal in our mash tun. Super hoppy for super happy harvest times!

On tap from Bier Thirty in Boise. Poured a nice golden color with bit of White head. Malty up front with some serious hoppiness right after. I could feel my tastes buds going raw from this guy! Great beer!

Pours dark gold with a large frothy off-white head on an easy pour. Excellent retention and substantial lacing. Perfect start. Green grass and piney hop aroma with a backdrop of Total Dom’s malt signature. Very bitter attack that coats the tongue and keeps on going. Minimal sweetness. Medium body, solid carbonation, creamy texture, and an oily, extra bitter finish. Outstanding fresh hop IPA.

Sampled at GABF 2012. Stumbled upon this in the brewer’s guild section. And it really impressed me. Bright and clear hoppiness. Good sparkle to it. Bitterness stays around without taking out the palate.
