pours a cloudy amber-orange, with a small egg-shell head, great lacing.
smell is light grapefruit, caramel, touch of citrus, nice earthy undertones.
taste is creamy and smooth, touch of grapefruit hops, some caramel, dry leaves, some lemon, nice bitter ending.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a thick orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of grass as well as lighter notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of grass, leading to a dry and very bitter finish.

Amber colored. Aroma is typical PNW with grapefruit, citrus, pine. Crystal and caramel malt backing, medium bodied, quite drinkable. Nice example, pretty fruity.

Appearance: Pours a clear, pale orange body with a scant white head. Smell: Minor toasty malt hints with a backing of citrus and pine needles. Taste: Thin toasted malt flavor and sweetness. Citric, pine hoppiness with a medium amount of hop bitterness. Finishes dry. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Pretty average India Pale Ale at best. Certainly not the most exciting beer to roll down my gullet that night.

Slightly hazy light gold with a thin light tan head. Sweet summer fruits in the unique, highly-enjoyable aroma which consists of peach, muskmelon, light citrus, and a subtle dry grassiness. The flavor is straightforward and even with dry graininess and some pine and citrus hops flavors that supports the exquisite aroma well. The body consists of well balanced malt, alcohol, and hops characteristics over the multi-layered fruit flavor profile--a very interesting and well put together beer. Thanks Lucy.

22oz bottle-An orangish amber body with a small ring for a head. Aroma of hops, citrus, pine, and malt. Taste of the same with a pine note and finish along with a nice dryness. A nice tasting IPA.

22oz from Bottleworks. Very nice pour, balanced looking if that makes sense, with a modest head, lively carbonation, and a deep amber color - it all screams just what I want during the dank months. And speaking of dank, there’s an especially resinous quality here, deeper than pine and getting perilously close to weed. I think it works quite well, though if I were to lodge a complaint I’d like perhaps another floral note or two. But this is deliciously bitter stuff, refreshing as hell and complex despite its drinkability.

A good all-around IPA, and possibly the best pairing I could possibly imagine with pizza. Faint notes in the aroma reminded me of red sauce and pepperoni. Most of the smell, though, is powerful citrus hops, with only a light backing of light, sweet malts. It poured a light honey-amber with a good thick head, and had a very smooth mouthfeel, and while the flavor was intriguing (powerful citrus hops abound), it was overwhelmed by a resiny quality that really started to become annoying by the end of the glass - the kind that sticks at the back of your throat.
