| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 17, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, pale orange body with a scant white head.
Smell: Minor toasty malt hints with a backing of citrus and pine needles.
Taste: Thin toasted malt flavor and sweetness. Citric, pine hoppiness with a medium amount of hop bitterness. Finishes dry.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Pretty average India Pale Ale at best. Certainly not the most exciting beer to roll down my gullet that night. Schultsc (482), Henderson, Nevada, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jul 16, 2008 Slightly hazy light gold with a thin light tan head. Sweet summer fruits in the unique, highly-enjoyable aroma which consists of peach, muskmelon, light citrus, and a subtle dry grassiness. The flavor is straightforward and even with dry graininess and some pine and citrus hops flavors that supports the exquisite aroma well. The body consists of well balanced malt, alcohol, and hops characteristics over the multi-layered fruit flavor profile--a very interesting and well put together beer. Thanks Lucy.
