Soft, resinous aroma; full centennial florals and a bit of dull astringency. Sweet-salty presence of whole garlic cloves and dried tomato acidity hinting. Bitterness seems harsh in the flavor; peppery, forward sharpness; softer moments of mango and pear; skins more present than fruit. Lightly syrupy medium palate, softly carbonated; edgy finish of dry grass and weeds, and some doughy malt sweetness lingering through. Herbal toned hops seem acrid throughout, with that crispy, vegetal resinous bitterness most recurrent, and the dusky floral smoothness too reticent. Thanks Pete! pantanap (1341), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Pours a hazy, golden-orange color; very light tan head with decent retention and fine-bubbled lacing. Lots of floral, earthy hoppiness in the aroma; soft, somewhat resiny and smooth, creamy hop bitterness. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: resiny, creamy hoppiness (earthy, floral), candy sugar malts; good balance of chewy malts and reasonably soft, resiny hop bitterness; solid IPA, but not really my favorite hop character. Medium finish: breadiness, sugary malts, and some lingering hops. argo0 (6891), Washington DC, USA

Pours murky orange with no lasting head. Smell is a bit dirty, funky, and hoppy. Interesting peachy taste, but earthy, mellow and dirty mustiness coming from the hops. Decent, but not what I was expecting, nor usually like. presario (2956), Calgary, Alberta, Canada

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 18, 2008 An orange appearance with a rather large white head. The aroma contains some herbal notes and oranges. The flavor is more malty than bitter with some lemons and oranges. Well balanced and not a hop bomb. Simple but nice.
