Bottle. Poured modest head but good lacing. Slight hazy orange/copper color. I would like a stronger hops flowery aroma for IPA on sniff. Got more in mouth. Modest to strong bitter. Nice creamy body.

Great! This is one of my frequent purchases. Great hoppy flavor and aroma. Ninkasi makes great beers.

Juicy is a great way to put it. Citrus nose and flavor with a lot of orange and grapefruit, feels like you are biting into a citrus fruit! Not too heavy but not too light, really nice overall!

12oz bottle at home - Floral nose with caramel malts notes coming through. The body is pretty thin, slight bitterness in the finish. A very basic IPA.

Reviewed from notes. Consumed 8/29/13. The appearance has a hazy orange/amber colored body with a two and a half fingers worth of foamy head, it rises a bit and starts to gently settle, takes a good two minutes before it died into the body, lacing is spotty, clingy and tight, some carbonation is seen rising. The smell has some strong juicy citrusy hops (wish there was a date on this, but Iím thinking this is super fresh), light malts underneath start to come out as it warms. The taste is bittersweet just like a superb AIPA should be, juicy citrus aftertaste, and a tight bitter dry finish. The palate is light, sessionable, carbonation is a little bit under on the AIPA, but comes across really smooth to me, perhaps could be construed as watery to some people, but Iím digginí this one. Overall, I didnít know this beer was going to be this good. I would have this again.

Poured from a chilled 6 Fl oz bottle. A lot of carbonation and poured as a beautiful copper colored beer with white head. Fair amount of bitterness, and I donít taste a lot else. So I guess my taste buds got "totally dominated". Would recommend with strong flavored foods.

Poured from 6 fl oz bottle. Clear, amber yellow with off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit hops. Taste is piney hops with some musky malt, a little bit of funky characteristics. Medium body.
