Total Domination IPA has a citrusy, floral hop aroma, and big hop flavor balanced with a richness imparted by Carahell and Munich malts. This beer is a big flavorful Northwest IPA that maintains its drinkability, and as such, has garnered great admiration from the novice craft drinker and the seasoned hop-head alike.

A: Copper color body with a hint of haze to it. Head is off white and about a 1 finger depth. Good amount of lacing and medium head retention. S: a good balance of malt and hop bitterness. T: same as smell. M: the solid malt profile makes this one a touch thicker when it comes to mouthfeel. D: A good IPA when you are in the mood for a slight malt profile. Hops still deliver though! Hazy, dull coppery colour. Herbal piney aroma. Soft body with gentle bready and slightly caramelly malts. Gentle but insistent bitterness. Good balance and very drinkable. I like the balance on this one.

Hazy orange pour with a fluffy white head and drippy lace. Aroma of tropical fruits. Resinous hoppy flavor with a nice malty backbone. Bitter dry finish. The by no means is hot or alcoholic but I cannot beleive this under 7%. Seems bigger (in a goodway)

Clear light amber, small beige head. Sweet caramel nose, some citrus and honey. Lightly sweet taste, lightly bitter; grapefruit, tangerine, honey and caramel. Medium body is round with moderate carbonation. Mediocre, but unoffensive.

10 karat liquid gold pour with a 1/2 inch eggshell head that left some lacing. Aroma is lemon peel, orange pith, and grapefruit tart. Missing subtle sweetness to balance the brew out. Seems unnecessarily sharp and bitter without caramel / malt. Only engaged certain segments of the palate while leaving out others. Medium mouthfeel with ample carbonation.

On tap at Clyde Common. Pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild, really. Citrus is here like orange and mango. Woody bitterness is apparent with a decent malty sweetness. The palate is average for an IPA. Upon taking a sip, I decide the hop selection seems European. Hearty wood bitterness is all over but then I notice juicy pineapple and complex citrus flavors. Finish lets some herbal notes out.

Bottle; poured a glowing orange/amber with a big frothy, white head. Aroma was delicious. Citrus, earth, fruit; some caramel, yeast and bread. Reminds me of the NW. Flavor was expected, but quite nice. Earthy, fruity, spicy NW hops. NW IPAs donít normally blow my mind, but they are all normally really nice.

22oz bottle. Rating #212. Pours orange with a slight haze, I think my fridge might be a little too cold and thatís contributing to the haze on some of my beers. Decent lacing from an off-white head, nice retention as well. Slight citrus aroma, pretty nice actually, not overbearing. . Upfront bitterness that quickly faded into a pretty smooth moderately balanced IPA. Not bad, one of the better Ninkasi beers Iíve had. (1167)

Sampled in a 22oz bottle. Pours light brownish amber. Has a big head on it that is pretty clear white. It drinks really nice. The hop levels are nice. Not too complex but really well made.

Thanks Hayduke! This beer pours a clear golden with an exceptional amount of carbonation floating up. A thick and long lasting orange tinted head never got smaller than one finger. Nose is tart citrus fruit and flowers, light spice and caramel. Flavor is delightfully complex. Passion fruit, grain, toffee. As the beer warms grapefruit emerges bringing with it dryness. The finish was a bit thin for my liking but it brought out some nice fruit notes in the long aftertaste. A truly unique and interesting IPA.
