Ninkasi Total Domination IPA

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a thick orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of grass as well as lighter notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of grass, leading to a dry and very bitter finish.

Draught at Ushi-Tora, Tokyo, Japan. Lightly hazy bronze colour, small head. Light citric hops upfront. Medium bodied with clean caramelly malt. Slightly salty with shallow simplistic malt character barely covered in a thin blanket of citric hops.

(22oz bottle, thanks wickedpete) Lightly hazed apple juice body topped by small white head. Aroma is medium sweet, grassy/grapefruit, some orange/floral, dusky. Taste is medium sweet, grassy/grapefruit, light dusky, lemongrass. Watery light-medium body, some resin.

Ratebeer rating # 4,100. 22oz bottle. Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of pineapples, citrus, and pine. Tastes of pine, citrus, and fruity. light to medium bitter finish.

(22oz. bottle) Pours a cloudy orange body with a small white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, pineapple, and herbs. Sweet flavor of hops (citrus, pine) and caramel with a somewhat sticky mouthfeel.

Pours a slightly hazy bronze orange with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet pale malts and fairly fresh grapefruity hops. Body starts with good fullness and carbonation along with sweet pale malts and crisp bittering hops before a drier finish. Pretty well balanced and drinkable.
