Total Domination IPA has a citrusy, floral hop aroma, and big hop flavor balanced with a richness imparted by Carahell and Munich malts. This beer is a big flavorful Northwest IPA that maintains its drinkability, and as such, has garnered great admiration from the novice craft drinker and the seasoned hop-head alike.

Golden orange body, grapefruit, piney, resiny on the nose. Head is light bodied, white foam, recedes to a thin sticky lace. Mouthfeel is medium body and carbonation. Taste is lightly notter with citrus hops and a pale malt backbone. Overall just an average IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I went from ridiculous to sublime with this one. The beer I had prior was a strong-Eurolager rip off that ended up going for a sim in the sink. No such chances here. Appears the archetypal West Coast IPA with a golden amber body and a covering of white foam. Gorgeous fruit-driven hop aromas of golden peaches, apricots and nectarine. There’s some redwood resin there as well, but there’s no doubt who the star of the show is. Its body is fluffy and sherbet-like with an immediate punch of resinous bitterness. Probably a few degrees below what would keep the hopheads happy, but punchy and up front for those with regular tastebuds. Somewhat oily (which is good) and a lingering fruitfulness with those stonefruits and red apple peels, lemon zest and herbal grasses toward the end.

On tap, poured into a pint glass. Notes of light citrus and cardboard are noticed in the aroma along with some floral notes. The beer had a big, white bubble head that sits atop a clear amber orange liquid. A medium ring and dusty surface is retained and a sudsy lace os left behind. The taste is a blend of medium bitter and light sweet. The thin textured, medium body beer has a light, fizzy carbonation. Resin, pine, grass, bread crust, and grapefruit peel are found on the palate, finishing dry with resin and grapefruit. Some resin remains in the aftertaste.

Bomber...pours hazy orangish gold. An aroma bouquet of wheat and hops. A big, but balanced IPA...a full spectrum of hop flavors partner with wheat, light malt and crisp water. Long hop finish of more grapefruit than piney.

22oz bottle, Amber orange pour. Mix of citrus and grassy pine nose. Good blend of bitterness and hop flavors that dominate the taste. Fruits and caramel malt balance well. Works for me. I will drink more.

Golden color with a large white head. Piney and citrus hops on the nose. Sweet and juicy flavor with a surprisingly big dose of bitterness on the palate.

Exceptional IPA from a brewery that doesn't distribute to most states. Has the west coast ipa vibe with a great malt backbone. Incredibly well balanced. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

"not a bad little ipa. medium bodied and a bit chewy. more malt presence than i usually prefer, but the weetness works fairly well. big floral hoppy aroma and a good dose of bitterness in the back end of the flavor."

Keg at Zeitgeist, SF. Clear gold, white head recedes to ring and patches, decent lacing. Orange lemon floral and resinous hop aroma, moderate caramel bready malt then decent bitterness, floral and citrus. Good but not outstanding.

Bottle. Light to moderate light bread for the malt, moderate grapefruit and orange for the hops, with notes of date and candy sugar. Head is small, frothy, white with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy medium amber. Flavor starts lightly to moderately sweet and acidic, then finishes moderately bitter. Palate is medium, oily with a lively carbonation. Nothing too abrupt in this tasty and well rounded IPA

Transfer from BA review on 6-29-13- Poured from bottle into a pint glass Appearance- pours a slightly hazed orange amber color with a rather small fizzy white head. The head fades rather rapidly leaving only a light level of lace on the sides of eh glass. Smell- The aroma of the brew is a mix of lemon and grapefruit citrus hop as well as some notes of grass and pine. Along with these hoppier smells so too are some aromas of a yeasty nature as well as a little bit of a boozy smell. Taste – The taste begins with a citrusy and bready flavor upfront with the citrus being a combination of grapefruit and lemon hop tastes with some sweeter flavors of orange and tangerine. As the flavors advance, some yeast and grassy flavors come to the tongue along with a little bit of caramel sweetness. The caramel fades thought and toward the end the bitterness from the grapefruit and lemon gets stronger and with a light pine hop flavor coming to the tongue as well produces a moderately bitter and slightly fruity flavor to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the medium side in terms of thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is rather average. The more standard characteristics suit the brews flavor and abv. well and make for a rather nice easy drinker. Overall- A decent IPA but nothing exceptional. Fairly easy drinking and overall rather enjoyable.
