Great! This is one of my frequent purchases. Great hoppy flavor and aroma. Ninkasi makes great beers.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Hoppy and bitter withy the typical trappings of a well-hopped IPA: floral aromas and a drying texture. Sadly, it comes out a little bland.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Pretty boring, which was in itself, surprising. I was expecting more. It’s just an average, ok Ipa.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Served on tap at Ninkaai. Copper red color with a medium white head. Citrus hoppy aroma. Medium-heavy body with a carbonated fizz. Well balance of citrus malts and hops. Smooth with Just enough kick to know it is an IPA.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
9th May 2015: bomber into a stemmed tulip (twice) at my daughters house in Orange County. No sediment in the first pour, still a cloudy looking orange, the head a white blanket that soon became a thin wispy covering and a collar. The second pour I allowed the sediment into the glass: murkier and even more hoppy! Floral hop aroma with a spicy/piny touch, some citrus traces also. Hops to the fore in the taste also, crisp, bitter and sharp in nature. Gets more bitter as it warms in the glass: this is a real hop bomb in every sense, no room for any maltiness from what I could taste. A bit of a hop monster for my delicate English palate, but I really enjoyed it’s boldness and hoppy nature. I must be warming to these ’West Coast’ hoppy brews.

3.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 15/20
Maybe this is newb comment to say but the aroma mocks the smell of a nicely trimmed fresh bud straight off of a Mexican marijuana cartel farm located deep in the California mountains. Appearance= golden yellow. Taste is rich in grapefruit. Very happy, I mean hoppy with faint lemon signatures. Palate is so bitter and harsh it makes you want to punch a baby. Overall 18/20 when chink-eyed but 12/20 when sober. Thanks.

Slightly orange-yellow. Crisp hop flavor backed with floral spice, pepper, pine and citrus. Medium bitterness and bubbly. Excellent drinkability for a hoppy IPA.
