3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours one of the most cloudy beers I’ve seen this side of a Hefe.... Rather dark amber with some golden edges in the light.
Aroma was slight pine hops, some malt in there,
[couldn’t find a date stamp, this may have been a little old]
Pretty nice big double IPA bite up front, malt backing. Pretty good balance, not bad,
Especially when you factor in the price. Probably the cheapest DIPA out there right now...
I’d get this again, not the best DIPA, but not bad at all, and at under 4 bucks, quite a deal.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a hazy orange with minimal head. Aroma is very dank. Lots of tropical and citrus fruits. Flavor is dry and bitter. Very fruity. Slightly sweet. Nice balance. Very appealing beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dimmig bärnstensfärgad öl med ett vitt skum. Doften är ganska söt med framförallt kola. Även viss fruktighet och maltighet. I smaken tillkommer lättare grapefukts och tallbarrstoner. Möjligen något trött flaska.

16oz pour in The Signature Sports Bar, Laguna Niguel on 12th May 2016. Murky dull orange in colour, wispy white head. Tropical fruits in the nose, hoppy taste over a decent semi-sweet malty base. Nice easy drinking beer with the alcohol content sitting neatly within the flavours and palate.

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Great aroma. Piney Northwest hops galore with a sweet malt background. Light copper color with a tuft of off white foam. Nicely bitter flavor with even more bitterness in the aftertaste. A bit one note but delivers what you would expect. Weak palate for a DIPA. Overall this was enjoyable and I would drink it again.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the Monte Carlo Pub (Las Vegas, NV). Slightly hazy, golden body with an average, lasting, white foamt/creamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with malty, piney, and citrusy hints. Its well balanced hoppy taste carries flowery and grapefruit notes. Ends woth a long bitter finish. Very enjoyable.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from 22 oz. bottle.
Hazy, amber-orange with a 1-finger off-white head and very good lacing.
Aroma of musty herbs, citrus, caramel and pine.
Taste of floral hops, grapefruit, tangerine, pine, dankness, tropical fruit and caramel.
Medium/full body and medium/low carbonation.
Nice complexity, but leans to the dank side without bright flavored you often find in a fruity IPA.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle purchased somewhere in VT. Poured light amber with a white head. Very tasty IPA. A little more malt notes than alot of the other DIPAs out there but it works well with this one. So far I have really liked both the brews I have tasted from Ninkasi, looking forward to trying some of the other ones soon.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Picked up a 22oz bottle at the resort in San Diego.
Not sure how old the bottle is. A bit too malty for me, but that could be from the age of the bottle.
Not a horrible beer, just not world class in my opinion.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
1" head... doesn’t stick around too long.. but it does leave fairly nice looking sheets of lace... the brew is bright glowing orange with a soft haze.
piney... and citric with some slight caramel sweetness... doesn’t exactly strike me as overbearing as many PNW DIPA’s can be... I like the nose on this one... nice and balanced for the style.
pretty good bitterness out of the gate.. caramel and to a lesser extent pale malts.... melts into a fruity hoppiness.. first the pine.. slight though.. then a nice blast of pineapple... tangerine zest .. and a little bit of orange... maybe even some orange juice... finish is a long lingering oily hoppiness.. a little bit of pine sap. Body is maybe a little light for the style.. but nothing worth bitching about.
