Flagship Series. Tricerahops is double everything you already love in an IPA. More hops, more malt body and a higher gravity define this Double India Pale Ale. Fiercely flavorful, guaranteed to satisfy.

Pours one of the most cloudy beers I’ve seen this side of a Hefe.... Rather dark amber with some golden edges in the light. Aroma was slight pine hops, some malt in there, [couldn’t find a date stamp, this may have been a little old] Pretty nice big double IPA bite up front, malt backing. Pretty good balance, not bad, Especially when you factor in the price. Probably the cheapest DIPA out there right now... I’d get this again, not the best DIPA, but not bad at all, and at under 4 bucks, quite a deal.

12oz bottle purchased somewhere in VT. Poured light amber with a white head. Very tasty IPA. A little more malt notes than alot of the other DIPAs out there but it works well with this one. So far I have really liked both the brews I have tasted from Ninkasi, looking forward to trying some of the other ones soon.

Picked up a 22oz bottle at the resort in San Diego. Not sure how old the bottle is. A bit too malty for me, but that could be from the age of the bottle. Not a horrible beer, just not world class in my opinion.

Pours copper with medium head. Aroma is consisting of pine, some malt, a touch of caramel. Taste is nicely herbish-piney, with some malt and a long hoppy palate. Good.

1" head... doesn’t stick around too long.. but it does leave fairly nice looking sheets of lace... the brew is bright glowing orange with a soft haze. piney... and citric with some slight caramel sweetness... doesn’t exactly strike me as overbearing as many PNW DIPA’s can be... I like the nose on this one... nice and balanced for the style. pretty good bitterness out of the gate.. caramel and to a lesser extent pale malts.... melts into a fruity hoppiness.. first the pine.. slight though.. then a nice blast of pineapple... tangerine zest .. and a little bit of orange... maybe even some orange juice... finish is a long lingering oily hoppiness.. a little bit of pine sap. Body is maybe a little light for the style.. but nothing worth bitching about.

650 ml bottle poured at home. Pours a cloudy orange with a creamy white head; good lacing. Smells like citrus and pine. Taste is floral, piney and has a nice bitter finish. Good beer.

Bomber. Pours golden amber with thick off white head. Aroma is Sweet malty grapefruit. Taste is sweet with a piney grapefruit hop finish. Pretty good and well balanced. Maybe a little too balanced for my personal preference but good beer.

På fat District Taphouse. Doftar milt av vindruvor å lite annat. Fyllig i gommen . Lite söt fruktigt bärigt. Medelbeska. Lite trisst eftersmak . Men bärig sådan. Ja rätt syrlig faktisk.

Draught @ Albion. Clear dark orange with sizable foamy beige head, very faint tropical fruit aroma, medium carbonation, sweetish mango taste, thin body, medium bitter finish. Very very smooth and satisfying.
