Tricerahops is double everything you already love in an IPA. More hops, more malt body and a higher gravity define this Double India Pale Ale. Fiercely flavorful, guaranteed to satisfy.

Pours one of the most cloudy beers I’ve seen this side of a Hefe.... Rather dark amber with some golden edges in the light. Aroma was slight pine hops, some malt in there, [couldn’t find a date stamp, this may have been a little old] Pretty nice big double IPA bite up front, malt backing. Pretty good balance, not bad, Especially when you factor in the price. Probably the cheapest DIPA out there right now... I’d get this again, not the best DIPA, but not bad at all, and at under 4 bucks, quite a deal.

The beer pours a copper color with a nice head. The aroma has a lot of citrus like pears and pineapple. There is also some floral notes. The taste has fruity malts up front and then some lemon and grapefruit. Nice long finish.

Bottle from Julio’s. Copper with small head and a little lace. Piney aroma with hints of caramel and fruit. Fruity malt sweetness with some caramel piney resiny long bitterness. Old school and pretty average, which is not bad.

Pours a small one finger foamy head, which has already collapsed in a minute. Burnt orange body. Call me crazy. But, the aroma reminds me of roasted jalapenos. Very bitter hop character in flavor. Average body. Have srt of a love/hate with this right now. Will try again down the road sometime.

A nice DIPA. Not as big and bold as I had expected but still full flavored and hoppy. To be honest though, the Total Domination IPA is more my speed. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from the bomber received in trade (thanks to Alex whom smuggled it back from the great northwest). Nice chunky orange/yellow look, 1.5 finger white foam collar. Got some tropical fruit hop flavor, some sticky resin, bit of bitter at the end, 8% potency not really noticeable except in buzz, my kind of beer, wish they sold it here, well done.

Pours copper with off white head. Citrus and pine aroma. Very dry citrus and pine start followed by floral notes and finishing with grapefruit rind and pine. Very dry beer with no sweetness whatsoever. Not much aroma. Lots of bitterness.

Pours a light amber/gold. Unremarkable aroma (not BAD but soap). Taste is a very refined balance: sweet/bitter with perfect sour/salt accent. Lingering bitter finish. Unremarkable. However, more IPA offerings could learn from this flavor profile. My least favorite Ninkasi to date.
