Tricerahops is double everything you already love in an IPA. More hops, more malt body and a higher gravity define this Double India Pale Ale. Fiercely flavorful, guaranteed to satisfy.

A bomber from Perry’s Liquor’s in a tulip. Clear, bright, amber/orange, off-white head. Smells faintly of pineapple, citrus, hops, pine. Love the smell. Tastes of grapefruit, hops, pine tree, sweet malt. Medium body, light carbonation. Dry, bitter aftertaste for a few seconds. That said, pretty light and refreshing for an 8.8%. Other than the aftertaste, easy to drink and subtle flavors.

Poured from 1 pint 6 fl oz bottle. Clear, subtle haze, orangey yellow with white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, and very mild skunk. Dry, citrusy taste of orange and resin. Caramel malt is mostly hidden in the background. Medium body.

A brutal Ipa full of bitter hops. Bold and murderous. Paired well with salsa and chips.

22oz bomber shared by Pizz5116. Drank with the guys after work. Thanks bro! Pours a really hazy orangish/straw color with a small foamy off white head. Aroma of strong grapefruit, orange, citrus skins, and caramel malt. Taste is also of strong grapefruit and citrus zest up front, followed by caramel malt, grass, and some pine. Some warming alcohol burn also comes through in the finish as well.

Nice deep, piney aroma. Pours golden and fairly clear. A bit bitter on the aftertaste. My attitude towards his beer declined a bit from smell to swallow. Still pretty darn good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from a local Deli in SF, February 2014. Almost clear dark orange with a small white head. Aroma and taste of hops, caramel, malt, pine and grapefruit. Not a bad one but not as hoppy as expected.

Mango tangerine aroma with hints grass and grain. Malty sweet flavor with a mild hop bitterness. Very easy drinking DIPA, an unusual balance for the style but it works pretty well. Overall it’s not a DIPA that I wouldn’t seek out and leaves me wanting something more exciting every time I have it.

On tap at Brooklyn. Big, welcome hop aroma: mango, florals, bright green pine. Solid malt background. Stealthy smooth.
