07-08 Road Trip with BikesandBeer. Had at Horsebrass Pub in Portland. Cask. Pours orange with a thin tan head. Nose of sweet hops. Taste is sweet and light, the 9.9% abv presented to us was very well hidden by the very nice citrus character of this beer.

Draught at alehouse. Hoppy spicy aroma. Copper colour with thin white head. Overwhelmingly hoppy flavour with some pepper notes. Not much malt in this one. Hoppy mouthfeel in the and lasting bitterishness in the middle of the tongue. I don’t know if bitterishness is a word, but if it isn’t, it blerrie well should be! Item: Despite it’s strength, there’s no way I would drink this in a snifter. Beer comes in pints.

draft @ uber - another good one from ninkasi; clear orange with frothy white head; sticky, grassy hops; on the sweet side and only bitter at the end; strength is obvious and body on the thin side; pretty nice overall

Picked up a 22-oz bomber from Liquidsolutions.biz in Oregon. Pours a semi-hazy golden brew with an average sized off-white head that slowly dissipates to a fine film and white ring. Aroma of grapefruit zest, some tangerines, apricots with tropical fruit and some caramel malt. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonated with flavors of sweet grapefruit zest, tangerines, some apricot, pineapple and light caramel malt, Finish is mildly bitter with some sweet citrus zest aftertaste is lingers around after the finish.

Bomber courtesy of bvc. Pours a cloudy dark amber with a creamy 2 finger off-white head that results in great lacing. Nose is floral hops and light pine. Taste is toffee, tangerine, earthy hops and a tart grapefruit finish. Medium mouth feel. Decent DIPA. Thanks Brandon!

Bottle thanks to Arren. Hazy peach color with a thin white head that disipates quickly. Sweet nose with a hints of caramel and citrus. Grapefruit comes to the front immediately. Dry finish.

Orange pour with a pillowed white head. Aroma is citrus hops. flavor is much the same, some perfume and floral notes with a caramel backbone. Mildly bitter finish, I figured this one would have a bit more bite and be a bit thicker. Still decent.
