22 oz bottle from BottleTrek.com. Dude, this beer rocks and thank god they are now bottling their beer. Mark my words, this is the next best brewery and their beers will be in high demand. Pours orange with a nice head. Big hoppy citrus aroma (grapefruit) and flavor, the way it is suppose to be with a IIPA. Nice malt and bitterness balance. Slight warming sensation. Medium body, oily mouthfeel. Very easy drinking...watch out.

Jul 8, 2008 Amber colored. Aroma is typical grapefruit, citrus, pine, etc. Medium to full body, moderate to high bitterness. Quite drinkable, alcohol hidden well. Cookie cutter but done well.

Jul 7, 2008 22oz bottle-Pours a orangish body with a small off white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, and a little malt. Taste of the same with a little bitterness on the back end. Very well balanced without the hops being overbearing. Nice Double.

Jul 2, 2008 22oz bottle. Hazy apricot/orange color with small head. Aroam of light malt and bitter hops. The taste was of light maly, tea, and had medium hop presence. The finish heald light bitterness and tea. Minimal lacing. Just ok.

does not count  Jun 29, 2008 On tap served in a snifter in PDX. The flavor from initial taste to swallow varied and I would agree with Schultsc comments on taste. "Flavor begins dry with a burst of dark hops flavors and fruit--more stonefruit--along with orange. Malt sweetness follows with some grain flavors. The body is firm but graceful and finishes with some grain flavors and a bit of alcohol warmth." It was a great beer for me on my way home from PDX I stopped by the Brewery on a Saturday and the boys at Ninkasi gave me a pint glass and set me loose towards there taps! Great bunch of guys and an awesome beer. My new favorite!

Jun 26, 2008 22 oz bottle. Clear tea colored with a slight, off-white head. Nose is tangerine and caramel, melon and spicy grass. Almost medium with a fine carb tingle that nicely balances the hyped hops. Taste is orange peel and sugar cookie. Bitter quinine finish. Good Double.
