4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Presented a dark apricot with a white soapy head. Lacing clings throughout the pint. Huge floral hops with citrus and rind throughout. Lots of huge hops are nicely balanced out with the malt. Smooth in the mouth with a medium body. A delight to drink and easy going for a DIPA.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the Mayor. Appearance: finger white head that lasts as a film, golden color, clear, good lacing. Aroma: grapefruit, caramel. Palate: medium body, average carbonation, sticky texture, dry. Taste: sweet caramel into floral and grapefruit bitterness, finish has some light metallic bitterness to it. Overall, really smooth, love the balance. Even though the metallic taste is intended likely, it is a bit off-putting for me.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
651 ml. bottle. Pours a medium, well retained, ivory head, over a medium amber (SRM 11) particle laden body....nose is pine, resin, citrus peel, light cereal, toffee/caramel, balance to the hops, no esters.....taste is moderately sweet, with toffee/caramel dominating, citrus peel, pine, resin from the hops, light cereal, finishing with a moderate hop bitterness, no esters, balance to the hops......mouth feel, medium body, sticky, light alcohol, slight astringency, carbonation makes a slightly creamy sensation. This is a quite typical I/DIPA. It has the right balance, with the malts just barely off setting the hop backbone with nice hop presence. The appearance was most likely a result of bad storage. 4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, poured into glass. Beautiful golden amber color. Floral and malty nose. Taste is heavy on the malt, strong floral and caramel notes, and a hint of hops...but just a hint. No trace of alcohol, extremely smooth. Mouthfeel lightly oily but not oppressive. I’d personally prefer if there were more hops in the taste (the name IS "tricerahops" after all) but this is a very nice DIPA on the whole.

5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
This Imperial or Double IPA is off the chart w hop character and is balanced perfectly by a delicious, relatively high gravity, semisweet, malty flavor. This beer has a hop bouquet like nonother. The hop flavor is "full on" but not overwhelming. This beer is very unique and tastes like my kitchen smells when brewing beer! Amazing and a new favorite.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Jet Rock, Philadelphia Airport. A slightly hazy golden amber colour with a ring of white head; malty caramel aroma; dry woody bitterness with some citrus; and a long satisfying bitter finish with some warmth. A good DIPA.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A fine double IPA. Nice color and clarity, basically the standard I’ve come to expect from great IPAs. Lemony, vegetal, with an astringency that lasts just a bit longer than I prefer on the tongue. Still, very good. I’d have another if it wasn’t 8% ABV.

3.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
From a bottle. Pours a medium gold and makes a medium head. Aroma is somewhat floral taste is of caramel and hops, but some light malt sneaks in as well. A unique taste balance.

4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
From a 12 oz bottle. Not much aroma and not too bitter or malty. Did a side by side wit Pliny the Elder and Pliny only beat it in aroma and a few IBUs. Excellent balanced citrusy flavor without any bitter aftertaste. Very balanced. Just a great DIPA.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
12oz bottle. Pours a good clear golden orange but thin head...could use a little more carbonation. Nice aroma of bitter grapefruit and light malty goodness. Great smooth mouthfeel and the 8% ABV is well hidden. Love the balance of intense citrus floral hop and lightly sweet malt. Well made and easy drinking for a DIPA.

Very good DBL IPA, dark golden colour, it looks like a great beer and is one, no dull flavours here, step up from their total domination. well balanced
